Something not right? Here is what to check, and how to reach us.
A menu we hold is wrong or out of date
Tell us the venue and what is wrong, and we will re-read the menu or correct it. If you run the venue and would rather not be included, say so and we will remove it.
Billing and cancelling
Your account page opens the billing portal, where you can change your card, download receipts or cancel. Pro stays on until the end of the month you paid for.
My assistant says it needs a subscription
The Pro tools need an API key from an account with Pro. Check the key in your assistant matches one listed on your account page; a revoked key reads as no key at all. Setup steps.
